1. Acceptance of Terms

(“Hidoctor” “we,” “us,” or “our”). “User,” “you” and “your” refer to the individual or entity that uses the website from Hidoctor (the “Platform”). “Questioner” refers to the person who asks a question on the Platform. “Expert” refers to the person who answers a question on the Platform. “Users” are the Questioners and Experts. Except in your capacity as an Expert or in an application to act as an Expert, these Terms govern your use of the Platform. By using or otherwise accessing the Platform or clicking to accept or agree to these Terms, you (1) accept and agree these Terms and (2) consent to the collection, use, disclosure and other handling of information as described in our Privacy Policy, and (3) agree to comply with all rules, policies, and disclaimers posted on the Platform or about which you are notified. All references to “you” or “your,” as applicable, mean the person who accesses, uses, and/or participates in the Platform in any manner. If you use the Platform on behalf of an entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity, your acceptance of the Terms will be deemed an acceptance by that entity, and “you” and “your” herein shall refer to that entity, its directors, officers, employees, and agents.

2. Modification of Terms or Platform

Hidoctor reserves the right, at its reasonable and sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. You are responsible for reviewing and becoming familiar with any such modifications. If we determine a revision to the Terms, in our sole discretion, are material, we will notify you as required by law. Use of the Platform by you after any modification to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the Terms as modified. If you do not accept the changes, you must discontinue using the Platform. Hidoctor reserves the right at any time to modify, suspend, discontinue, or terminate, temporarily or permanently, the Platform or associated services (or any part thereof), with or without notice. Except for payments or refunds expressly available to you under these Terms (or as required by law), you agree that Hidoctor shall not be liable to you for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Platfo

3. Purpose and function

1. Providing remote medical assistance to the public. 2. Provision and organization of medical advice and treatment in conditions of impossibility of receiving treatment in hospital conditions. 3. Provision of medical services provided by medical organizations cooperating with the Platform at affordable rates. .

4. Rights of the Questioners

The Questioners have the right to: 1. Make notes, evaluate and comment on the performed consultation and the Expert's work. 2. Ask questions of every nature related to their health. 3. Demand the opinion-consultation of another Expert and the right to hear a second opinion. 4. Receive information about the qualifications of medical workers directly providing services to them. 5. Demand the confidentiality of the fact of seeking the help of an Expert, their health condition, the information found during the examination, diagnosis and treatment, except for the cases defined by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia. .

5. Responsibilities of the Questioners

By registering on the Platform, the Questioners are obliged to: 1. Familiarize themselves with the Terms and observe its provisions. 2. Make the appropriate payments during the inquiry. 3. Be respectful of consulting Experts. 4. Write exclusively in Armenian letters. When making the notes in Russian and English, respectively use Russian and English letters. 5. Provide complete information about their own health, including previous illnesses, treatments, allergic reactions to drugs, to the Expert, and fill in complete information about health in the relevant section. 6. When carrying out clarifications regarding the process of providing services, not interfere with the fulfillment of their duties by the Expert. 7. Follow the Expert's instructions. 8. Inform the Expert about every change in their health, if necessary, contact the nearest hospital. 9. In urgent cases, contact the emergency service and do not wait for the Expert's response on the Platform. 10. Bear the risks and complications of the consultation and treatment carried out by the Expert on the Platform, realizing that certain omissions are possible in the virtual domain, in particular, it is not possible to objectively assess the general state of health of the patient. The Platform and the Experts who provide consultations on the Platform primarily recommend applying to medical institutions for consultation, to receive professional advice, to carry out research and treatment in hospital conditions. By asking the question, the Questioners confirm that at the time of asking the question, they do not have the opportunity to apply to the nearest medical institution and the medical care is provided at their request. 11. Realize that the type, method and volume of medical intervention can be changed at any moment, not giving the actual opportunity to continue research and treatment through the online service. 12. Realize that by formulating the question, they give consent with free will, sober judgment, and have perceived and understood the information, nature, significance, risks, complications and consequences necessary for the medical consultation, the treatment to be carried out. 13. Find out the answers to all the questions that concern them with the treating Expert before the start of the treatment and to receive the treatment according to their own wish. .

6. The rights of the Platform

1. Leave the questions of disrespectful Questioners unanswered, without refund. 2. During the consultation, if the Expert discovers situations that require urgent medical interventions, or examination and consultation in hospital conditions is necessary, the Expert has the right not to carry out the consultation, advising the Questioners to contact the nearest medical center. .

7. The liabilities of the Platform

1. The Platform is not responsible for the medical advice provided and its consequences. 2. The Platform undertakes to register only certified Experts. 3. The Platform undertakes to organize the reception and referral of all questions to the relevant Experts after the payment of the Questioners. 4. After accepting the question, the Expert undertakes to answer the question within a short period of time. 5. If the Expert confirms the question, but does not respond, the Platform undertakes to refer the question to another Expert within 24 hours of the question. 6. In case the Questioner's question remains unanswered, the Platform undertakes to return the paid amount. 7. It is obliged to keep confidential the fact of the Questioners seeking medical help, personal information about the person, condition, information found during examination, diagnosis and treatment, except for the cases defined by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia. 8. The Platform undertakes to maintain the implemented consultation for the next 2 years. After the set period, the Platform has the right to delete the information. .

8. Prohibitions

As a User of the Platform, you agree you will not use the Platform for a purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms, or any other purpose not reasonably intended by Hidoctor. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree not to: Directly or indirectly manipulate, undermine, or disrupt the integrity of any User or other feedback ratings, reports, or systems on the Platform, including, but not limited to, by filing false reports about other Users; Establish a professional-client relationship on the Platform; Create multiple Accounts on the Platform; Use another User’s account to access the Platform; Engage in conduct that is fraudulent, inaccurate, infringing, defamatory, offensive, obscene, pornographic or otherwise violates any law or right of Hidoctor or Users or any other third party, including privacy rights, copyrights, or other intellectual property right; Directly or indirectly submit any links leading to affiliate programs, multi-level marketing schemes, or off-topic content; Violate any local law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or ethical code; Submit any content containing any viruses, Trojan horses, or other computer programming routines that may damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information; Except as expressly authorized by Hidoctor, solicit or otherwise request personal information from Users other than information strictly necessary to use the Platform for purposes of the Platform; Submit any Posts that advocate illegal activity or discuss illegal activities with the intent to commit them; Engage in any activity that could cause us to violate any applicable law, statute, ordinance, or regulation; Provide information on any other websites about Hidoctor, unless you expressly state that your statements are not made on behalf of and have not been approved by Hidoctor; Falsely imply Hidoctor’s endorsement, partnership, or otherwise mislead others as to your affiliation with Hidoctor; Recruit, solicit, or contact in any form Experts or Questioners for employment or any other use not specifically intended by the Platform; Access the Platform or content in order to build a similar or competitive website, product, or service that can mislead Users by having the same or similar User interface, products, and services represented at Hidoctor. .

9. Fees and Refund Policy

a․ The Platform allows Questioners to submit questions to Experts in subject-matter categories, and facilitates communication with Experts on the Platform via chat. The questions are sent to the emails of the Experts,who are notified and the first Expert to respond to the query is assigned as a responder.


b․ Fees: To get the right to ask a question the Questioner pays 1000 AMD online.


c․ In case the Expert confirms the question, but does not respond, the Platform undertakes to refer the question to another Expert within 24 hours of the question being asked. In case the Questioner's question remains unanswered, the Plastform undertakes to return the paid amount, 1000 drams.


d․ Refunds are possible in the following cases:

  • The Questioners did not receive an answer to their question.
  • The Expert treated the Questioner incorrectly,
  • The Expert gave a wrong instruction for the given case,
  • The Questioners claim that they made their inquiry by mistake and they do not actually have any questions.


e․ During a conversation with an Expert, if it is necessary to pay money to continue the consultation, then this is carried out only at the request of the Questioner, after meeting with the doctor and conducting a preliminary conversation. If the Questioner does not want to continue the consultation, a request is sent to archive the correspondence. It is possible to consult another specialist, which is also a paid service.


f․ Refunds will only be made if the Expert did not respond or responded too late. The Site does not give professional qualifications to Experts' answers. We only make certain that Questioners receive a timely response and ensure that only certified Experts respond on the site.

9.1. Payment security and details

1. All transactions are carried out exclusively through the 3D Secure system. Card data of the cardholder performing the transaction is protected.


2. If the currency of the cardholder's card does not correspond to the currency of the transaction, the conversion is carried out according to the relevant payment system and the rules established by the bank issuing the card.

9.2. Refund Procedure

With the request to get the payment back, the Questioner needs to write a letter to the e-mail address hidoctor.am@gmail.com with the following content:

“Dear admin, my question has not received a response, please return the money.

The name of the expert: (to whom the question was addressed)․․․: “

The applicant must send the part of his passport where the name and surname are indicated.

We will investigate the case and if the content of clause 9 C is confirmed, we will refund the money as soon as possible, informing the Questioner of our decision by letter.

10. Third Party Links & Services

The Platform may provide, or third parties may provide, links to other sites, applications, or resources. Because Hidoctor have no control over such sites, applications, and resources, you acknowledge and agree that Hidoctor are not responsible for the availability of such external sites, applications, or resources, and does not endorse and are not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. You further acknowledge and agree that Hidoctor shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such site or resource. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE USER TO EVALUATE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND USEFULNESS OF ANY OPINION, ANSWER, OR OTHER CONTENT AVAILABLE THROUGH THE PLATFORM. PLEASE SEEK THE ADVICE OF PROFESSIONALS, AS APPROPRIATE, REGARDING THE EVALUATION OF ANY SPECIFIC OPINION, ANSWER, PRODUCT, SERVICE, OR OTHER CONTENT. .

You are solely responsible for all of your communications and interactions with the Users of the Platform․ You understand that Hidoctor does not make any attempt to verify the statements of Experts or Questioners. Hidoctor makes no warranties as to the conduct of Users of the Platform. You agree to take reasonable precautions in all communications and interactions with other Users of the Platform and with other persons with whom you communicate or interact as a result of your use of the Platform, particularly if you decide to meet offline or in person. Hidoctor explicitly disclaims all liability for any act or omission of any Users or third parties. .
